Atto Community Update: Jan 2022

Atto HQ 🏡

Wow, we’re surprised it’s 2022 already! Atto had a huge year in 2021. At Atto, we know it’s important to not only celebrate success and the small steps that led to great progress we make over time, but we also know it’s really important to build willpower and take time out to rest. Before we wrapped up 2021, we reviewed all that we achieved in our Year in Review blog post. Atto has now supported over 75+ female founders founders to build tech-enabled business. We launched our Academy membership, welcomed the third batch of Accelerator founders, partnered with Microsoft for Startups, shared more of our team wins and interviews with our founders. Read Atto’s year in review here.

At the end of 2021, we wrapped up the Atto 2021 Accelerator where 23 startups pitched their businesses. Watch 23 startups pitch at Demo Day here.

At Demo Day, we also heard from the inspiring ModiBodi founder Kristy Chong about how she’s built a global brand. Read more about Kristy’s ModiBodi journey here.

Atto Aspire Pre-Accelerator 🚀

Our first program for 2022 is brand new, Atto Aspire Pre-Accelerator.

Kicking off in March, this 8-week online pre-accelerator is for aspiring female founders considering building a tech startup. It’s for women who want to make their startup happen and get support with idea validation, customer discovery and building a lean MVP.

We’ve taken all the lessons we’ve learned from our previous programs and created this program with all the key basics that aspiring founders need to know before launching a tech startup. Participants will get access to world-class education with founders and operators, group coaching, and the program concludes with an internal showcase.

Atto Academy 🎓

Our Atto Academy founders had a well earned break at the end of 2021 and are back on board and already making lots of progress in their businesses.

To further support our founders with products in market, we’ve expanded our Atto Academy community Masterminds.

We’re still hosting our original weekly Mastermind Roundtable sessions where each founder has a chance to share what they’re working on and brainstorm challenges with the community. And we’ve added an additional Mastermind this year - the Hot Seat. Atto’s founder Kate Kendall is doing ‘live coaching’ with founders where we deep dive into a problem they’re facing and Kate offers her in-demand coaching advice to keep founders action focused and on track. We’ve already had amazing feedback from founders about what they’ve learned during these sessions - both after being in the Hot Seat and observing.
