Atto HQ 🏡

We’re nearly halfway through the year yet it feels like 2021 just started! 🙀

We’re gearing up for a packed Q3 and Q4 with Atto Accelerator resuming and all of our academy masterclasses locked in. We’ll be kicking off a series of events and activities around the accelerator shortly – for now, add July 1 to your calendars as that’s when applications will open for our next batch. 🗓

Atto Academy 🎓

Lana has done an incredible job of finalising the monthly masterclasses for our academy program. We have six game-changing masterclasses coming up for academy members. View the full list of upcoming events here. If you’re not a member, you can also purchase tickets on a one-off basis via Eventbrite. We also award scholarship tickets and memberships to female founders in need, so shoot us an email or complete the application form here.

Our May Masterclass is this Wednesday (May 26), and we’ve got our very own Lana Weal taking us through The Art of Pitching with Confidence. Lana will lead founders through the different types of early-stage startup pitches and how best to prepare for these. Register for the masterclass here.

Our June Masterclass is also one you definitely don’t want to miss: we’ve got the highly experienced director of product at Zip Co, Cheryl Gledhill, showing founders how to best empower dev teams to support your big vision. Register for the June masterclass here.

If you’re interested in becoming a member of Atto Academy, submit an EOI here and we’ll set up a quick Zoom or phone call :) to hear more about where you’re at, your needs and how Atto can best help. 💙

Atto Accelerator 🚀

As mentioned above, applications for Atto Accelerator 2021 will open on July 1, 2021 and close on August 1, 2021. As with previous batches, applications will be accepted on a rolling basis so apply early for a better chance of acceptance. Stay tuned for the application link. Our 2021 HQ team will feature the return of host Sian, startup coach Kate, and now Lana as a welcome addition for the cohort.

Atto Educators 👩🏻‍🏫

Did we mention that educators at Atto are compensated for their time? That’s right, in the land of free mentoring or speaking gigs for startups – Atto offers a stipend to all educators of our academy and accelerator programs. This means that we can source educators from a variety of backgrounds (aka not just rich white men!) and while the stipend isn’t megabucks, it does give more people the capacity to get involved and feel valued for their time. 🙏
